My main mission is to help you succeed through assessing your current setup, creating a thorough step-by-step strategy, and helping you implement that new plan for success. We will do this through an initial review of your school's organizational and procedural matrices. Follow up with written procedural guides and provide check-ins as implementation is enacted. The process is fully supported, and I am here every step of the way to answer any questions you may have.
Should you need more time, it will be billed at $60/hour.
How does it work?
Introduction form
We are going to take advantage of this one-hour session minute by minute, so I will ask you to fill out an introduction form prior to our meeting. This way I will know how to best guide you.
Video call
During the call, I listen to you and advise you about the things you must improve, what tools you really need and how you can optimize your processes to improve the connection with your community and increase sales.
